A Socially Responsible Cause
OpenDoor needs low-interest investments and donations from individuals and institutions committed to social justice. These funds are pooled together and lent to affordable housing developers. The Calvert Foundation, Paint Branch Unitarian Church and perhaps your neighbor down the street are all investors in OpenDoor.

Your investments and donations transform the lives of real families and real communities. Affordable housing means more families are able to buy or rent, which in turn means more family and community stability along with economic growth in the region.

OpenDoor’s goal is to create or preserve 5,000 homes in the next five years for working families and residents with special housing needs. To reach our goal, we need committed investors, donators and partners like you who share our vision.

Join the many organizations and more than 150 individuals who have strengthened their commitment to social justice by investing in OpenDoor.
